La Jolla Cove - Beach
Erosion has sculpted the sandstone cliffs of La Jolla Cove into a gallery of nature's artwork. Characterized by unusually coarse sand, the beach is a favorite spot for swimming and sunbathing. Part of the San Diego La Jolla Underwater Park, the area is a favorite among divers as well.
