RiverPlace Plaza

RiverPlace, a mixed-use development, runs along the west bank of the Willamette River, just south of downtown at the edge of Waterfront Park. Within the area are RiverPlace Athletic Club, RiverPlace Hotel, RiverPlace Marina, an extension of Waterfront Park, retail shops, restaurants, and residential condo and apartment living.
